OTC Bulletin Board Eligibility Rule Implementation to Begin in July
The implementation process begins on July 1, 1999 for all issuers quoted on the OTCBB prior to January 4, 1999. Issuers will be phased-in to the Eligibility Rule requirements over the next 12 months in alphabetical order by symbol. This article details the implementation procedures Nasdaq will follow.

New OTCBB Advisory Committee
The OTCBB Advisory Committee has several new members and is now an official Subcommittee of the Nasdaq Quality of Markets Committee.

Implementation Schedule
Securities quoted on the OTCBB as of January 4, 1999 will be phased-in to compliance with the new Eligibility Rule based upon the following schedule.

Companies to be Phased-in to Eligibility Rule on July 1, 1999.
A list of all OTCBB issuers, and their compliance status as of May 26, 1999, which will be subject to Eligibility Rule requirements on July 1st.
