Eligibility Rule: Daily List Includes Anticipated Deletions for July 2, 1999

The OTCBB Daily List of June 29, 1999 includes the list of securities which the OTCBB anticipates deleting from the service on July 2, 1999 due to failure to comply with the Eligibility Rule (NASD 6530).
On the first business day of each month from July 1999 through June 2000, a new group of OTCBB companies will be required to become compliant with the Eligibility Rule (NASD 6530). This rule will limit quotations on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) to the securities of companies that report their current financial information to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), banking, or insurance regulators and describes when those rules will be applied to issuers quoted on the OTCBB.
