Overview
During the past 24 hours, FINRA's Internet service provider has been experiencing intermittent disruptions, affecting OTC Equity Trade reporting on ACT and OTCBB Web functionality, including the ACT Secure Reporting Browser as well as access to OTCBB.com reference Data Files.
As of 4 P.M., the issues have been addressed and normal operations have resumed.
FINRA instructs all firms to submit any trade report(s) not previously submitted due to the web disruptions.
