Overview
On March 1, 2004, NASDAQ^® filed with the SEC a proposed rule change to NASD Rule 7010(p) to modify the OTCBB.com Trading Activity Report Fee Schedule to a per field pricing structure. The SEC approved the rule change on May 7, 2004. The new fee schedule is available at http://www.sec.gov/rules/sro/nasd/34-49486.pdf. The new fees will be effective on Monday, May 17, 2004. Representative fees changes are set forth below:
