Pilot Designator ("##") to be Removed from all Limit Order Protection Pilot Stocks
|
Effective January 13, 2003, NASD Rule 6541, which applies basic customer limit order protection principles to all securities that are quoted on the OTCBB, will replace the Limit Order Protection Pilot in effect since February 2001.
As a result, the Limit Order Protection Pilot stock designator ("##") will be removed from the OTCBB stocks that had been participating in the Limit Order Protection Pilot.
