Due to an overnight problem in the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) processing, the migration of two (2) securities from The NASDAQ Stock Market (NASDAQ) to the OTCBB did not occur. In order to allow the securities to be quoted in OTCBB today, a “T” will be added as a fifth character in the symbol.

Members are advised that effective for today only, December 10, 2002, quotations in OTCBB and trade reporting into the ACT System shall be as follows:

CWONT Choice One Communications Inc.

ILGNT Interleukin Genetics Inc.

Effective December 11, 2002, the symbols will revert to their original form of CWON and ILGN.
