Members are advised that since interests in the liquidating trust of THCG Inc. are non-transferable, purchases of THCG must have been made prior to July 12, 2001 in order to be a record holder of July 16, 2001 and to participate in the distribution. The liquidating trusts interests will be issued in book entry form only.
