Waiver of 3-Quote Rule to Non-Nasdaq Securities

NASD has exercised its exemptive authority to waive the three-quote rule (Rule 2320(g)) applicable to non-Nasdaq securities for September 17, 2001, from 9:30 to 4:00 (Eastern Time). NASD members should continue to seek to provide their customers with best possible execution given current market conditions.
