This is to notify you that The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. intends to discontinue the facsimile delivered version of Special Changes to the OTC Bulletin Board on April 24, 2000 and make the information available in an updated daily list format. The information is currently faxed to all interested parties. As of April 24, 2000, the information will be available in the form of an updated Daily List on the otcbb.com website. The URL address is www.otcbb.com/dailylist/. Vendors may choose to VIEW/ PRINT or DOWNLOAD the data directly into their database by using file transfer protocol.

Current facsimile recipients will be required to use the above mentioned Internet site as of April 24, 2000 to obtain the information currently available on the Special Changes to the OTC Bulletin Board. An e-mail push will be available to all recipients as notification as to when the latest list is posted on the website. The updated information will be timestamped accordingly on the list.
