In conjunction with the addition of the new Other-OTC/Portal Daily List page, the Daily List file available for download from the OTCBB Daily List page and via FTP will be modified to include information for Other-OTC and Portal securities, in addition to the currently available OTCBB data. A market category (Mkt_Cat) field will be added to the download file to distinguish between OTCBB, Other-OTC and Portal securities. The market category identifiers will be:

• U = OTCBB
• u = Other-OTC
• P = Portal

Interested parties can subscribe to receive an e-mail notification each trading day when the Daily List is updated.

New OTCBB E-Mail Subscribers

If you do not currently receive any OTCBB e-mail notifications from OTCBB.com, you will first need to establish a new e-mail list profile. To set up your profile, click on the E-Mail button from the OTCBB Home Page. From the E-mail Mailing List Login page, click on the New User button and follow the on-screen instructions. As part of your profile setup, you will be given the opportunity to choose which e-mail subscriptions you would like to receive. To begin receiving the Daily List update notifications, check the Daily List box.

Existing OTCBB E-Mail Subscribers

If you currently have other OTCBB e-mail subscriptions and would like to add the Daily List to your subscription list, click on the E-Mail button from the OTCBB Home Page. Once on the E-mail Mailing List Login page, enter your e-mail address and password and click on the Login button. In the Subscriptions section of the Update page, check the Daily List box and click on Update.
