Minimum Quotation Size Notification

Effective June 10, 1999, all market makers entering firm quotations into the OTC Bulletin Board Service must honor those quotations for the minimum size as defined under NASD Rule 6750. For securities quoted at $200.01 and above, Nasdaq will continue to allow all presently permitted unit size modifications until further notice.
To conform with Rule 6750, the unit of trade for the following OTCBB Securities will change to 100 shares effective today, June 10, 1999; ANTY, CCRK, CIBO, CZNS, DTBKY, FHODH, FMVA, FSCI, LCNBD, LYBC, MCHT, RDIS, RHOPF, STCMA, STCmB, TTIT.
