Re: OTCBB Security Changes Effective July 8, 1999

Due to a technical problem, all security changes effective in OTCBB securities were not processed properly. Effective for today only, July 8, there will be a discrepancy between the dynamic quote screen and the ACT trade report file. Quotes in these securities will be reflected under the new symbol. However, trades occurring in these issues must be reported in ACT under the Old Symbol.

Members are advised that they may access the old symbol through the automated symbol directory on the workstation or on OTCBB.com. In addition, trade volume and last sale information will not be displayed in dynamic quote screen.

Should there be any updates to this situation during the day, members will be advised promptly.
