IQMS Launch Date Scheduled For September 28, 1998

As you have been notified, the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD®) has developed a new technology infrastructure - the Integrated Quotation Management System (IQMS) - to consolidate the Nasdaq® quotation systems. We reported in the most recent OTCBB Update that the first phase of IQMS has been delayed. The new launch date has been scheduled for September 28, 1998.
We have delayed the schedule to ensure that you have the highest quality product when it is released. For details on IQMS, please see the third quarter issue of the OTCBB Update.
