| SPECIAL NOTE: The above-referenced name and symbol change for WWCT/World Wide Connect Inc to IGHI/International Group Holdings Inc is being effected to repeal the previously announced corporate action for this issuer as published on the daily list of 1/30/2004. The outstanding shares of IGHI were acquired by EGPI/Energy Producers Inc (1 share of restricted EGPI was issued for every share held) NOT reverse split on a 1-9 basis and exchanged for WWCT shares. The name change back to IGHI/International Group Holdings Inc will occur on the Other-OTC market at the open on 4/5/2004, and IGHI will then be immediately deleted to reflect the merger that occurred.
